Watched Inkheart & Bride Wars today with Diy at Cathay downtown east. Money well spent. Though Inkheart is the kinda movie that is expected of Brendan Fraser, he's character portrayal in the movie couldn't be more excellent. He's a pro in this genre. Helen Miller as always, so sophisticated in this movie despite her character as the girl's aunt who is so uptight and are very very particular about books. She even add in a pinch of humor here and there in the movie.
3.5 out of 5 for Inkheart.
Bride Wars. Definitely one of the best girl-comedy flick I have seen. Kate Hudson and Anne Hathaway make a dynamic duo in this movie. Love it from start to end. Kate is damn sexy. I think I would start fantasizing about her.haha. You can't keep your eyes off her. Her eyes. It's like its looking and talking directly at you, in your seat. But Anne is definitely the kind you will bring home to your parents. Anyway, we are getting off topic here. Watch it, the pranks they played to each other and near the ending, it was kinda sad. But right at the end, it picks up back again.
4 out of 5 For Bride Wars.
Lucas B'day Party tomorrow. Thank god. Really need it.
